Superior and spacious self-catering holiday apartments situated on
the Margate North, Blue Flag – ‘Lucien Beach’.
The
complex consists of 6 flats - 3 on Ground floor and 3 on First
floor. Each flat comprises 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6.
Flats
are fully furnished and equipped, including dishwasher, microwave
and Satellite Dish. Tenants should bring their own Decoder Smartcard
and remote or hire from Martin Electronics. Secure covered parking
is available.
Please Note: No pets are allowed and No
smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
Anguna is also within easy walking distance of
Margate’s CBD / nightlife / restaurants / kiddies funland / cinemas
and fishing pier. Several shopping malls are in relatively close
proximity.
There are daily flights to and from Margate and Johannesburg
International Airports. The Durban Airport is less than 90 minutes
away.

A
DEPOSIT of 50% is required to secure the booking.
In addition a Booking / Administration/ Cleaning Fee of R 200.00 is
payable.
The complex

charged at R 200 per person in Season and R 100 per person Out of
Season.
LINEN is provided. Bring your own beach towels and dish towels.
Your
reservation will ONLY be confirmed on receiving a fax of your Bank
Deposit Slip for the full amount of the Deposit being paid into the
bank account of ANGUNA at Nedbank , Shelly Beach, Code 13 97 28 .

If
the deposit is not received within 24 hours of reservation, the
provisional booking shall be cancelled.
PAYMENT for bookings are to be PAID IN FULL 60 days BEFORE the
booked period.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING: All cancellations are to reach us by fax or
letter not later than 60 days prior to reserved date, in which case
DEPOSIT less R 200.00 administration fee will be returned.
Cancellations NOT received within the stipulated 60 day period could
result in your DEPOSIT BEING WITHHELD as well as you being liable
for the full period of the reservation.
