Villa is situated in a free-standing property on the beachside of
South Port. Visitors to Chestnut Villa enjoy the peaceful and serene
setting and access to a quiet and in-frequented beach. Full bathing
facilities with life-guards are available at South Port’s public
beach which is a short drive or a brisk walk along the beach.
Chestnut Villa is fully secured and has a linked alarm ensuring
visitors total peace of mind. Your car is safe behind locked gates
or the single lock-up garage. Your holiday home is fully furnished
and equipped with washing machine, tumbler drier, microwave and DSTV.
Guests are requested to carry their SMART Cards to enjoy their
personal DSTV choices. Chestnut Villa comprises of three bedrooms
with en-suite, full general bathroom, spacious open plan lounge and
dining room, verandah and sleeps 6 adults comfortably. There are two
single beds in each of the two bedrooms and a double bed in the
en-suite bedroom. Linen ie bedding, blankets and duvets are provided
for visitors. Visitors can enjoy their evenings around the built-in
braai on the large lawn area. Chestnut Villa is not serviced daily,
but this can be arranged by the agent.
Chestnut Villa is conveniently situated to all amenities. Several
shopping centres are in close proximity as well the Port Shepstone
Country Club which is 10km away for the golfing enthusiast’s.
Chestnut Villa is approximately 110km away from the Durban
International Airport and about 25 km’s away from the Shelley Beach
Mall and Margate’s night-life activity. Chestnut Villa is often
frequented by the same visitors annually as they have found their
home away from home.
