Permanent Letting

A small section of this business ensures that all monies are collected timeously and that the tenants keep the properties in a good state of repair.

Care taking

Residences on the South Coast that are used exclusively for the owners of the particular residence are maintained and cleaned by the staff of Happy Holiday Homes.

BALOOGA

These luxurious up market flats are on the Margate sea front. Beautifully furnished with all the appliances you are accustomed to; DSTV, (satellite TV), dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The open plan kitchens have granite counters and breakfast nooks. Gaze at the beautiful sea view from the spacious patios fitted with gas braais, (barbeques). Open the sliding doors from the main bedrooms onto the patio and watch the sun rise over the sea. The well maintained grounds have a swimming pool and each unit has a lock up garage.

DON JUAN 9

This sea front block of flats faces onto the Margate tidal pool. You have this amazing view from the main bedroom and the patio. Well furnished with DSTV, (Satellite), and access to the sea front through the beach gate. There is a swimming pool and braais, (barbeques), built in the well cared for garden. Close to Margate town with under cover parking.

DU BANTRY 8

This popular complex has the sea directly in front. Stroll to Uvongo beach or the nearby shops. These comfortable units sleep 4 and have DSTV, (satellite TV).

GOLDEN SANDS

Walk to Lucien or Margate beach from this secure block of flats. Each flat has a large balcony with a sea view and a braai, (barbeque). DSTV selected channels (satellite TV), is provided and they accommodate between six and eight people. Well furnished with some luxury units.

KOLJANDER

These standard units are situated on the Manaba Beach sea front, between Uvongo and Lucien beaches. There is a laundry facility and the flats are serviced daily. The flats sleep up to 8 and there is a swimming pool. Walk to Lucien beach or the tidal pool.

KUBU BALI

These up market, well furnished flats are situated on the Shelly Beach sea front. Watch the boats launch from Shelly Beach small craft harbour from the comfort of your expansive patio, equipped with gas braai (barbeque). The well equipped kitchens have granite counters. These secure, air conditioned flats, sleep up to eight and have a lovely swimming pool and DSTV, (Satellite TV). Situated close the Shelly Centre and the South Coast Mall.

LAGUNA LE CRETE

On the incredible Uvongo Lagoon next to the Uvongo water fall is Laguna le Crete. This secure and well maintained complex has a swimming pool, tennis courts and a laundry facility. Walk to the Uvongo pier, lagoon or beach.

OGWENI

Stunning 180 degree sea views, at the Uvongo Beach and Lagoon. These well furnished up market flats have braai’s, (barbeques), on the large patios, DSTV, (Satellite TV) and can sleep up to eight. If it’s a view of the ocean you are looking for, don’t miss out on these units.

PLAYA DEL MAR

Situated in Manaba, just before Margate, these one bedroom flats can sleeps up to four. With or without air-conditioning and DSTV, (Satellite TV), they have expansive sea views. It’s a short stroll to the tidal pool and Lucien beach. Walk along the popular kilometer long stretch of beach to Margate main beach.

SHELLY PALMS

Walk across the grass, past the swimming pool and you are on the beach. Stroll along the beach to watch the boats launching at the small craft harhour. These flats are situated in Shelly Beach, close to Shelly Centre and the South Coast Mall. Sit on the wooden deck and watch the ocean while the kids enjoy DSTV (satellite TV) on the plasma screen television. Cook out under the stars on the lapa covered, gas braais , next to the beautiful swimming pool.

On Shelly Beach, these popular, standard, three and four bedroom flats sleep up to eight and come with DSTV, (satellite), selective channels provided. Walk to the small craft harbour and see the catch of the day or walk to Shelly centre with its movie houses and shops.
