Scorpio Guest House is situated 125 km north of Cape Town in Vredenburg on the West Coast of the Western Cape, near Paternoster, Saldanha Bay, Jacobs Bay, Langebaan and St Helena Bay.

Here you can experience tranquillity in a safe environment while using us as a base to explore the beautiful surroundings in the area. The Cape West Coast, with its wide open spaces, filled with an array of fynbos and wild flowers, white sandy beaches, and diverse assortment of activities, is a wonderful tourist destination. The West Coast National Park boasts endless beaches, astonishingly blue waters, fields of wild flowers and a range of outdoor activities including hiking, game viewing, bird watching and water sports.

The Cape Columbine Nature Reserve covers an area of 260ha along the rocky stretch of coastline with numerous inlets and coves. In spring the area is covered in a bright tapestry of wild flowers. This reserve boasts the last manually controlled lighthouse to be built in South Africa. The West Coast Fossil Park offers the chance to view five million year old fossils and to learn about the diverse animal and climatic changes which have taken place in this area.

Other activities include the casino at Club Mykonos, the lagoon at Langebaan, leisurely sunset cruises or relaxing at the side of the swimming pool.

Taurus Is A Family Unit And Offers The Following Luxuries:

Two separate bedrooms – the main bedroom with queen size bed, remote controlled air conditioner, safe, hair dryer, clock-radio, ceiling fan, and the other with twin beds, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Luxury linen and towels. From the spacious private balcony you can watch the sun goes down. Private bathroom, Fully equipped kitchen with stove, thermo fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Small lounge with TV set and M-Net Private balcony. Secure parking

Libra Offers The Following Luxuries:

One bedroom with a king size bed or two single beds, remote controlled air conditioner, safe, hair dryer and clock radio. Luxury linen and towels. En-suite bathroom Fully equipped kitchen with stove, thermo fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Small lounge with TV set and M-Net Secure parking

The Communal Area Offers The Following:

Lounge equipped home entertainment system. Comfortable seating. Weather permitting, breakfast may be enjoyed at the side of the swimming pool.
Braai (BBQ) facilities. Sparkling swimming pool.
Internet connection via Wi-fi.
Telephone and fax facilities. Ice machine.
Scorpio caters for both Bed and Breakfast and Self-Catering.
Laundry can be arranged on request.

Check-in is from 14:00 until 19:00, unless arranged otherwise.
If arrival times change, please notify us.
Check-out time is 11h00 on your day of departure.

Cancellation Policy:
30% of the deposit will be charged should the booking be cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, 60% within 15 days and 100% within 7 days prior to arrival. For non-arrival or premature departure, 100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast starts at 07h00 till 09h00 daily and our friendly staff will be ready with a deliciously prepared full English breakfast. We will gladly prepare a special order if you inform us before hand or during your stay.
